Because your satisfaction is our goal,

We are keen to provide the best customer service. You can return the product very simply. All you have to do is contact customer service within a maximum period of 3 days from the date you receive the product.

Product return terms

We offer Lavminite's return policy.

The product cannot be returned if there is no defect in the product or information that is different from what is listed on the website.


In the event of a problem with the product, please note that the following conditions must be met in order to successfully process a product return request:

-The product can be returned within two days of receiving it only, and no more than that will be accepted.

-The product must be in its original packaging and unopened.

-It must not have been used and must be tightly closed as it was.

The store is not responsible for the shipping company’s delay in delivery, and you cannot claim a refund from us if the delay is caused by the shipping company or the data entered by you is incorrect, as the store is not responsible for that.

-There is no exchange or return for international shipping.

There is no replacement or return for the product if it is not in its original packaging and has been opened and used. We do not tolerate misuse or skin intolerance of the product.

The product will not be replaced if the customer misuses it or stores it poorly, as our products are stored in a cool, dry place.

Who bears the return costs?

If you receive a product other than the one you ordered, we will cover the shipping and return costs.

If there is nothing wrong with the product but you no longer want it for some reason, we will be happy to serve you by returning the product, but the store will not bear the shipping and return costs.


How do I get a refund?

If payment was made via credit card, the amount you paid will be refunded to the card used. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your bank account from the date we refund the amount.

In case the customer complains about a shortage in the number of products!

We have photos of all orders before shipping and packaging. In the event of a complaint about a shortage in the order, the Lavminite team reviews the photos of the products before shipping. If they match the invoice, no product will be sent. In the event of a mismatch, the customer will be compensated for the shortage.
